The conical shape of the pot is extremely excellent for optimum heat switch and the material is good for warmth retention. The interior facet barrier is excessive (deep?) enough to scale back oil splash--having the lid additionally additional this lead to. The vented lid is a superb thought for minimizing condensation--it worked!
