Love the rubber ft on backside and it smooths up beautifully; similar to Stainless Steel does. However, my temperture dial and keep watch over is flawed and I cannot apply it to any setting except 'barely on warm' or it goes into FULL ROLLING BOIL and the meals burns! This is feel to be a deep fryer AND a slo cook dinnerer. Right now it can be most effective an extremely FAST and INTENSE Deep Fryer.
I have written and I are expecting to have a fresh gauge/cord soon. Hopefully, I simply received a bad twine and a model new one will clear up the issue I mentioned above. I brought three quarts of chilly water to a rolling, laborious boil in not up to 15 littles SET AT 250*F!
I had gumbo-soup to finish up so put nearly 2 quarts into the pot and set it on the number ''2'' for 200*F. IT BOILED! That just will now not be that that you might be able to think of at 250 toes above sea level, if the temperature regulate is working correctly.
The auto shut-off on the keep an witness fixed on works but it appears the present shunt does not perform at every when set close to or above 200*F. It simply goes full blast(full current).
Pros:

BUT the "magnetic" control unencumber really stinks. It can barely keep on with the weight of the cord. A clip is needed, badly. I mean bumping the wire and it falls off?!? Ridiculous!
And when you don't forget that I am unable to simmer anything, the pot is mainly unnecessary for the 90% of the intended purposes.
